As I've posted in two previous blogs (see articles list) I am doing some investigation of the VisionQuest National, Ltd. concerning the treatment of staff and juveniles in their care/custody. Part of this involves study of civil case law concerning juvenile justice. I spent last evening creating a document concerning the neglect in providing medical care for a kid with VisionQuest and locating various members of the Board Of Directors.
