progress report

I spent last evening creating a document concerning the neglect in providing medical care for a kid with VisionQuest and locating various members of the Board Of Directors. I sent it out by e-mail to the founder and five others. Lo and behold the Director of Medical treatment called this afternoon and set up a tele-conference with staff and the kid to cover any concerns I had. We spoke for about an hour and I was able to get all concerns out on the audio record (I'm sure a copy was forwarded to the founder) and he will be seen by a liscenced Physician tomorrow, and is on Ibuprofen till then. I am still pursuing the path of non-amelioration as the staff were evasive as to records releases and authorization, realizing they've given psychiatric meds to a kid without parent authorization and that there are other things such as stolen personal property which could only have been taken by Staff, so I am arranging to go to the County Office Building and review the service contract this Corp. has signed witht the County for further action if they think I'm sedate now and they can go back to business as usual. The Director said she'd been on the phone -qua got a call from the owners attorney telling her to get action on this immediately so as to moot claims of neglect - with the national Corporate Attorneys office in Tucson,AZ and had a copy of the e-mail sent to her for action, so I guess I found a way to get their attention. Just goes to show that when they say," You can't beat the system", THEY probably don't even know how to get to the system, much less interact within it. Every beast has a nature, and once you understand its motive force - in this case monetary liability and publicity (I also sent copy to A.C.A (certifying body) - all one need do is act with objective tactics and strategy. The result is I got a kid 120 miles from me medical attention ordered from an office in Tucson,AZ., and all in less than 24 hours. Again,I want to communicate on such actions with anyone having one and especially as to the VisionQuest National,Ltd. and you can e-mail me at: wahkonta@graffiti.net anytime. All in all it was a good day given my success in giving this kid hope and comfort and I think that's a worty goal in this day and age. I'm going to learn just what this, "blogging" is supposed to be soon so stay tuned as I intend to link it to my web site when I get it up again. I had a free page before but the html code failed me and it turned 400 pages of my writing into one endless paragraph (ironically, that's what this is doing right now, ha,ha) which I think did not do justice to my work. Type in Wahkonta on any search engine and it will still pop up number one, though I haven't updated it or even remember the password for it it's been so long since I did work there. Remember to e-mail at: wahkonta@graffiti.net anytime.
