As I've posted in two previous blogs (see articles list) I am doing some investigation of the VisionQuest National, Ltd. concerning the treatment of staff and juveniles in their care/custody. Part of this involves study of civil case law concerning juvenile justice. I am having a slow time in accessing the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes Annotated on-line (will do it eventually) relevant to this subject, and there seems a dearth of cases of juveniles being afforded civil rights protections....

For those of you not in the know about the New World Order facts, keep an eye on this blog and you'll get up to speed soon enough. Here's a link to an article concerning the, Eastern U.S.A/Canadian blackout of this year. May sound 'whacko' for now, but just be patient and soon I'll show you the, 'tacmar' trail to the truth. -Caveat Lector- ah ha finally admission to what we suspected Joint Task Force Told Face to Face, Blackout was a Military Test Oliver J. Midelson At an unde...

This is excerpt of article on banning of anti-depressant drugs for minors in the U.K. .Millions of our children are being prescribed these same drugs in the U.S.A., and it is going to take our interest - passive knowledge if nothing else - to get action to protect our children from these profit-mongering and morally evil people who are knowingly using physicians to influence us into spending billions of our own money to buy prescriptions for our own dhildren which are causing these kids to becom...

Here's a item from current headlines you may want to peruse. Just another one of my postings of relevant and timely news of lesser comment by the mainstream media.Kim Jong-Il goes underground Tuesday, December 9, 2003North Korean leader Kim Jong-Il has not been seen in public since Oct. 31, fueling concerns that the reclusive communist leader has gone into hiding. The last public reference to Kim was on Oct. 30, when the Korean Central Broadcasting Agency reported his meeting with a delegation ...

This is an excerpt from a 'New Yorker' article which covers some of the real tactical and strategic difficulties that have arisen from the American occupational regime, as it was envisioned by Israel. Seymour Hersh: 'Phoenix' arises in Iraq MOVING TARGETS by SEYMOUR M. HERSH Will the counter-insurgency plan in Iraq repeat the mistakes of Vietnam? Issue of 2003-12-15 Posted 2003-12-08 The Bush Administration has authorized a major escalation of the Special Forces covert war ...

This is a link to a blog in Iraq. If you are a blogger, you may want to link to this so you get the day-by-day-, bomb-by-bomb account from inside the countr. The blog: Baghdad Burning ... I'll meet you 'round the bend my friend, where hearts can heal and souls can mend... Friday, December 12, 2003 Meanwhile... the reason I post such articles is because I am opposed to keeping our youth in harms way when there is no tactics, strategy or objective. For troops who were injured in combat to be denied a honor because some politicians want to hold down the public's awareness of the death and casualty count that is REALLY occuring, is un-acceptable, and that's without regard to eating turkey in Baghdad for four hours while thousands are stuck there with no right to even speak with the press. I respect the ...

Terrorists can threaten our freedoms, but only we can take them away. This is one of the aspects of this whole Afghanistan and Iraq business I am keeping an eye on. It is significant that the government - and by this I mean the present Presidential Administration - is planning on implementing PATRIOT ACT II which does factually and substantially abolish over 225 years of Constitutionally protected freedoms we have prided ourselves on in our boast of our superiority over other nations' Governme...

This is the web site I mentioned in previous Blog on the capture and trial of Saddam Hussein. The evidence presented is at the apex of research being done and will be very relevant if a trial ever occurs,(I've said I think he'll be murdered or not allowed to present evidence in a kangaroo Court). To be informed of this is to have your eyes opened to a world drastically different than the one you think you live in. It's a world where governments plan wars in immoral ways. Jacob Bronowski, the...

Breaking news from the Judiciary as to a decision in 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. It is a breakthrough to see these statutes are at least amenable to review, which bodes ill for fanatics who assert we are all in a facist State now. I note that the Administration is going to appeal en banc, which is a strange expose of how government works. Just this morning I was reading a case of a Columbian the Feds sought to extradite knowing he would be murdered if done. Their argument? The Constitutio...

This is the second time I've encountered this article and it is part of a developing thesis as to the relationship between Saddam Hussein and the CIA. The larger story is best developed by Sherman Skolnik at http://www.skolnikreport.com. His work goes back before Gulf War I and a Chicago courtroom filing he was matter-of-factly covering when it fell in his lap. The thesis says Saddam was possibly only carrying out covert operation directives of CIA in his actions of last 40+ years, and is doi...

Earlier I responded to a comment by a reader as to the position that Democrats should support the fron-runner and not necessarily the candidate with the best interests of America at heart. Of course, I hold that I could care less if my candidate wins or loses, only that I supported the Candidate who I believe best represents my and my Nation's best interests. I told him of a emerging scandal which will all but refute the argument that we should support the Dem. regardless the positions held. ...

This is a follow-up to previous blog on the reporting of Mr. Seymour Hersh on this new program. I did have one comment to that blog, so have decided to give you a follow-up which is more forthcoming in its postition on this. Give it a read, reference the "Project Phoenix' of Vietnam days. and tell me what your views are on this. E-mail at: wahkonta@graffiti.net Blog On. Here's one for you to mull over. I suspect this one will be found to have legs familiar to we researchers, when it all comes out in the rinse. Note the, " Hope this package gets to you O.K. We would hate to have this fall into the wrong hands.” which preceded the investigation. Standard stuff to those of us on the front page. Typical "white supremacist, and "anti-government" label to start it off, hmmm, let's see where this goes and what is being set-up. Of course it is also a story if real...

Perhaps you could explain 1) Why Americans should care what the French think and 2) On what grounds they have to maek such a charge given their vast corruption on matters of selling military hardware to Iraq during the sanctions. This is a response to a comment by M. Wardell to a posting of news article that the French Government is about to indict Vice President, Richard Cheney, for business crimes committed while he ran Haliburton. He asks why Americans should care what the French think. Th...
