This is a section of the blog which addresses information on legal research and formation of linkages to effect political action by you and me. I have a friend with a juvenile in a 'lodge' administered by the VisionQuest,Inc. which is based in Tuscon,AZ. This is a for profit Corporation which may be violating civil rights of its charges, and any information concerning this Corporation is welcome so as to allow us all to see the reality of what is supposed to happen in a juvenile facility and what does. We'll see where it takes us, as I'm sure some will believe 'privatization' of government functions is proper, while others will believe there are reasons in the nature of a business which make such 'privatization' un-workable in the real world.
In addition, there are many aspects of such laws as, "PATRIOT ACT I" which are being debated and commented upon by many informed Americans, which I laso want to cover. For example, did you know there is a second Patriot Act already written which is being proposed for passage soon? Have you read it; or excerpts of it? What are your thoughts, links, other submissions on this subject?
Pro se litigation is something more and more people are interested in learning nowadays and this is a subject I have some experience in and want to assist you with.
