Federal Racketeering Act lawsuit cites Bush, AG Ashcroft and Health Secretary Thompson for violating their oath of office, failing to uphold the Constitution and engaging in acts of treason. The three were also named for stealing good-paying jobs from U.S. citizens and costing Americans billions in increased state and local taxes. All this, the plaintiff claims, causes public coffers to be drained for hospital, ambulance, education (new schools, teachers, bilingual classes, books, free college tuition, free breakfasts and free lunches), housing, food stamps, and police-fire protection services for millions of aliens who break United States law each day--entering the country illegally because the President violated the Constitution and failed to seal U.S. borders.

All three were also cited in the RICO suit--filed in the Washington, DC District Court--for failure to provide criminal background safeguards, and health, medical and disease checks for millions of known illegals already in the U.S. who they encouraged to violate federal law. The New York 9-11 victim relative also named the three for failure to collect state, federal and workers compensation taxes, and for permitting illegal aliens to operate unsafe motor vehicles on public highways--causing accidents and increased insurance premiums, while permitting an atmosphere of concealment, safe harbor, and shielding of illegals from detection within the United States.

Agreed the RICO would apply in such an action, although I believe it has been tried and stalled out due to the discovery being too open to varied results of interpretation. You must admit the article points out yet another campaign promise betrayed. Clinton was the same way, betraying every campaign promise so completely, I could only do a partial list due, to time constraints, on a t.v. show I did about the two-party scam a few years ago. So, if Clinton betrayed Dems. then he did as Reps. wanted, right? Now here's Bush betraying his Party and for whom? It's the Democrats who want free immigration. Yet, it seems to go right over the voter's head. They'll tell us anything to rationalize that they are betrayed by the guy they trusted. It is a psychological necessity for the followers to 'believe' or else the scam falls apart. If you ask any random Democrat who his/her Candidate for President is, they'll go on and on about how "this time..." and it goes on ad infinitum, with the 'Republicrats' just using them to carry out an agenda that has nothing to do with America, Americans, or anything they are told. So unless you are realistic and admit you vote for this person or that because that Candidate lied best to you -kind of like getting kissed while you get ____-you're only deluding yourself and , as Bill Cooper quoted the illuminati, "Nothing but beasts of burden, to be led to the slaughter to become steaks on our table by choice and consent."
